Hi Joe, I just wanted to thank you and your team for for such a wonderful evening. The food was so much better than we had ever imagined it was going to be,it was as if we were at a 6 star restaurant with the best staff and chef, and my very hard to please father-in-law was so thrilled. He told me he couldn’t have done it better himself. That is the truth! We all enjoyed how you explained each dish as it was served.
