Chef Joe Lettri  “From Scratch” A Pasta Class and Dinner with Simplicity!

How can something so simple be so good? Join Chef Letteri as he presents “From Scratch” a special pasta class and dinner in your home. Chef Letteri, hailed for his handmade pasta, will walk you through a “Pasta 101” class of sorts as he works from a mound of flour to rolled out sheets of the beloved carbohydrate. Next up, students will join Chef Letteri as he teaches the true magic behind making all those wonderful shapes and regional varieties.                 

Guests will finish the evening with a 3-course dinner featuring a choice of starter, a full pasta tasting and dessert.
